Does anyone know of a way to do ‘same day’ tasks in the Gantt Chart?
In my work, I have many occasions where a predecessor task will be completed in the morning and a successor task will be completed in the afternoon.
I would like to use the Gantt Chart feature as a communication tool with my team, so everyone can see what needs to be done, when, and recognize the impact a delay in one step will have on the overall schedule. But with the granularity of the chart set to single day increments, I lose the ability to communicate this information clearly.
