Gantt view - Group but view the labels by drop down option

Hi Guys,

I basically have a table and want to use it as a scheduling platform.

I have the first column by my employee names but when i want to view the gant bars in the schedule i can only see the employee name again. But i want it to view the project name of which the colour coordinates to on that bar. How can i do that?

For example, the bright green bar which says Jack again, i want it to say Holiday (as per project it’s been coordinated to)

    Hi @Izzy_Lowe,

    Gannt block uses the Primary field as the name, the way to change that Is by changing the primary field.

    I would suggest to make a Formula in the Primary Field that shows what you want (for example employee + project).
