Hello there. I am new to AirTable but am already in love!! 
I have been able to add .gifs as attachments in the iOS version; however, they appear as images in the grid view. I have opened someone else’s shared workspace on my iOS and the .gifs worked fine.
Am I doing something wrong? Is there a trick to get them to work on the mobile app?
There have been a lot of quirks lately with image files and thumbnails/previews that are not consistent between bases/accounts, so it wouldn’t surprise me if this is due to a bug… but I have seen Airtable actively soliciting information on these issues with the intent to research and fix them, so hopefully they will be addressed soon.
