I still have trouble to get gif preview working… I tried a lot of different techniques, it seems there is a size restriction, but how much?
What about the format? Does it accept any kind of compression?
Can you give me instruction to make it work properly as I desperately need it?

I had the same problem today - I gave up on it as it wasn’t too important to me. Have you tried contacting support?
Support was contacted 2 times without answer…
After a lot of trial and error, it seems that size limit for preview is 3mb… But it’s not perfect science.
Sometime, I import them one by one, wait wait wait without closing browser !!! and preview is working… I don’t know
