Hello everyone! For my gmail automation, the first name isn’t displaying when I generate a preview of the email. Why is that? Is there a way to find out what restrictions there are when inserting fields?

+35You will need to re-test the trigger again, and then preview the email again. Make sure that the record you choose for testing the trigger has a first name for that formula field.
