How do you reinstate a deleted record? It’s been 24 hours since we've noticed - is there a way to revert to a previous version?

@JenG

Yes, you have 7 days to restore a deleted record from the trash in its most recent state (at the time of deletion), but you can also go back to older snapshots to get earlier versions of the record as well.

Simply click on the little tiny clock icon in the toolbar, and click on Trash. You can restore the deleted record from there.

Hope this helps!

Thx ScottWorld - that has done the trick. Much appreciated.

If the platform supports version history or backups, you can try restoring the record from there. Otherwise, once a record is permanently deleted, it usually can’t be reinstated unless your admin or support team has a backup copy.
