Any suggestions how to hide fields with empty value in gallery view?

Are you talking about conditionally showing a field when it has a value in it, but hiding it when it has no value in it? That is not possible to do with Airtable’s gallery view, but you could pay extra money to do that with the gallery from MiniExtensions:
