@Chen_Pro That’s helpful. Thanks! That solves half of my issue. The other issue is hiding tables for myself that I no longer use but also don’t want to delete. Any ideas for that?

As much as I know there is no option to hide a table in a base.
In case you don’t have a linked records between your tables,
you can duplicte the base with the records and then delete what you don’t want.
You can also create a privet link to the table but this is on paid plan only…
