How automatically generate the same records in a different table or tab?

I’m trying to make an archive with the dashboard where you post all records, and those records are duplicated in a different tab or table within the same base. That way, I don’t need to put in new records every time in different tabs. I have one column in the dashboard tab, designated as the standard that differentiate all tabs. I hope this is possible in Airtable.
