I accidentally added a collaborator to my workspace which eventually cost me $151 in my credit card.


I found some instruction to get refunded but seem like the refund is gonna be made into airtable credit balance but not reverse my bank transaction.


I tried to contact airtable but it was super frustrating with the help center function. Any idea what can i do to get my money back (not refund to airtable credit)
