How do i add AND condition after the above two conditions are met?

You’ll want to create a condition group to accomplish this.
Create a group and drag both of your existing conditions into it.

This will allow you to preserve the OR condition, and then proceed to evaluate the next AND/OR condition(s) you build and configure next.
