How do I combine records

I have a csv file of acuity appointments, though the “appointments” are actually classes each day is a different appointment code in other words, Jane Smith signs up for a 3-day class so there are three records, I only need one record. How do I combine these records?

      I’m also interested in doing this.

      Our use case:
      We track our inventory on Airtable. We used to differentiate between 2 types of product but now we want to count them as the same thing. Dedupe only lets you keep one set of records but does not combine them.
