How to associate a look-up type to Kanban column?

I have a meal plan database.

On the first table, I have the meals associated with dates and ingredients for each meal and on the second table, I have the ingredients with a lookup date; which show me a list of ingredients and the date I need them.

How can I have this lookup date (sometimes more than one) display in Kanban where each day is a column?

Kanban views are based on single-select fields (or collaborator fields), not dates.

If you want to view by date, I would suggest using the calendar view.

But as I have an ingredients on a single date or sometimes in multiples; if I do calendar view is asking me to set up an end date.

You can leave end date blank.
