How to change title in this block please

It looks like you are grouping items in this view. Whatever field you are grouping by must have some empty cells, which is why the name is showing as "Empty."

Is the field type of the project a Link to another record or a Multi-select?
Either way, you can change the initial value to prevent (EMPTY) from occurring.
In the case of a field for which no initial value can be set, there is also a way to force a change in value if the field is empty in Automation.
