Nah, just use the CSV Import extension https://support.airtable.com/docs/csv-import-extension
1. Import into your Properties table and map all the fields as expected, don't import any of the Principals data
2. Temporarily change the primary field of the Properties table to be the "Property Address" field (we need a unique field for this; if it's not unique we'll hit issues)
3. Import into your Principals table and map all the expected fields. For the linked field to Properties, put in the "Property Address" field again
This should link everything together the way you want and now you can change the primary field of properties back to its original field

For the multiple emails/phones, yeah, I'd just add multiple fields I reckon, and potentiall add formula fields to summarize them
