That’s correct if using form view it can’t record user.

Any possible if using Apps or Script to capture user record on form view?
No. All form submissions are anonymous and the only way around it is to include an email or collaborator field in the form itself and make it required.
Airtable does not know who that person is, unless the user is logged in and with access to that base. In fact, I don’t know if it works when the record is created from a form :thinking:
