How to sum records on a different table when fields match

Here is a sample

Explore the "Lookup Test" base on Airtable.

I would like Jobs::Total to show a sum of the Hours::time when Jobs::Work Order matches Hours::Work Order. How can I do this without manually linking each hours record?
