We have a nonprofit Pro Plan for 60ppl.
Re-upping for the year was a scramble to find the money, so I just put it on a personal credit card to see us through.
I paid the bill today, which was one day after the account defaulted back to Free Tier.

I have just paid for: NFP Annual Pro Plan 60 Nov 12, 2023 – Nov 12, 2024, but the Workspace still shows Free only.

I need the account to be returned to the NFP Pro Plan we just paid for.
AirTable is a central part of how we organize ourselves and our work--being on Free Tier has brought all the work we're doing for communities to an abrupt halt.

How can I expedite the process? (I've submitted a ticket and have yet to hear back.)

The warning emails I'm getting--"[Action required] Your Airtable base is over its record limit" include
"for more information or reach out to our support team directly."

The "reach out to our support team directly" link returns the attached 404 message.

Resolution: It took about two days of business stoppage, but support within AirTable fixed the account.
