I have been using Airtable forms to capture PDFs form clients, and even though it is a required field I notice there are some fields where this value is empty. How is this possible? I also noticed this happening with another form which is basically a survey, my clients tell me they filled it out but I don’t receive the information in Airtable. Does anyone know what’s happening?

No, there is no attachment, just a series of multiple and single select fields
