At the moment I can only get gallery to show them as tiles in a 2d grid. How do I do this please !?

To change the order of the fields in the Record List Block, change the order of the fields in the underlying view. You cannot change the position of the larger photo on the far right, but you can change the order of small thumbnail by changing the order of the field.
If you need more customization, you may need to resort to a custom block.
+21Welcome to the community, @Daniel_Susser! :grinning_face_with_big_eyes: What you’re seeing is actually a grid view, but with a secondary “card” feature activated. This is turned on in the embed settings page:
If you just want to tweak your existing embed settings, add “&layout=card” to the URL in the “src” attribute of the iframe tag.
