The problem am facing with my base

Many repeated questions or similar (%40 similar to other question)

I want to label every record/question (old or new records )

Any new record > it look for any similar record and link to it , and link relevant data like year , month (like 6 similar records) +its link + state date example

Jun 2020 , July 2020 , feb 2019

Also label each question with either two options

1-Unique

2-Repeated (some question are similar to this question or exact duplicate)
