If I upgrade, When would it be effective? right away? or will I need to wait till the next billing date.

The support are not responding on the email 🙂, so, your assistance is greatly appreciated!

If you upgrade, it will be effective the date you do it.

For example, if you upgrade from a free plan today to a team plan, you will be prompted to select whether you want a monthly or yearly billing cycle. Then once the payment has gone through, the plan starts on that date.
