Import foreign accented extended characters

Hi. A Euro problem, mainly. I am importing data from Filemaker via Excel, all on a Mac. However I save the CSV file to be imported, the accented characters don’t import. I can correct them on-screen, so it isn’t that your system doesn’t accept such characters, just that it doesn’t accept them in a CSV file. Is there a solution?

    Anyone know if this probleme on importing French sentences and accent is on the roadmap ?

    I’m surprised this question hasn’t been answer or the issue addressed. We’re having the same problem with importing the names of many participants in our programming. Is there something we should be doing with character encoding in the CSV file? A workaround?

    Hi! You should export your excel file in UTF-8 for CSV. :cowboy_hat_face:
