In View Share Menu, what is "Show all fields in expanded sessions"?

Let's say you have 5 fields. In your shared view, you've only got 3 fields visible
With that option checked, when I view the link I'll see 3 fields, and the "Hide fields" option will show that there are two fields hidden
With that option unchecked, when I view the link I'll see 3 fields, and the "Hide fields" option will not show anything
