Recently, the interface has changed, moving the names of people who are notified of comments way up to the top. It was WAY easier to see who will receive comment notifications when those names were listed at the bottom, when you clicked into the Comment box. Those tiny, overlapping circles of user icons at the top takes much more effort to explore.
Sure hope Airtable moves them back to the bottom, or at least makes the names more discoverable.
