Invitee not receiving emails

I added a collaborator both via a link and email. He is not receiving the verification email (and did not receive the invite email either). He has checked his spam and trash folders, email not in either of those. Not an issue of the domain, as his email is the same domain. He shows up as an invited collaborator. We are on the Pro plan.
