Basic sales funnel. Opportunity moves from closed-lost back to an open state. Can I create a grid view that shows the different states of the opportunity? Thanks, community!
+27Not directly, you’d have to have a field that stores what/when the status of each record has changed to. You could do that manually, or use an Automation to prepend this field with the current “status” field’s value every time it changes.
