I am wondering if the new Personal Views feature can be used to restrict team members access to some sensitive columns.

Hey there! It’s not possible to use personal views to prevent collaborators from seeing any data in a base. The only restriction that personal views impose on other users is that collaborators cannot alter the settings of other collaborators’ personal views. You can still see other people’s personal views. Does that make sense?
