Is there a way to export a base table from Airtable to Excel and maintain formats? I’ve only been able to export to CSV and then I have to redo all the formats in Excel before sharing it with another person. Thank you Julie

You could try selecting the entire table (ctrl/cmd + A) and copying/pasting into Excel.

If that doesn’t do it, then I don’t think you can do it. The only export options are CSV and formatted PDF.

Jeremy:
That copy table command formatted perfectly when I pasted it into an Outlook email, and I was able to export from the PDF into Excel without reformatting when I used Adobe DC. Thanks for your suggestions. Julie

Hello,

I just tried to copy my base table to a Google Spreadsheet and it worked really well, I then copied it to a Microsoft excel. The export in CSV was not working properly for me but this method worked.
