Is there a way to edit attached - JSON Documents with in the AIRTABLE?

You can’t edit JSON documents in an attachment field, but you can put JSON data into a text field, and then edit it visually with one of these extensions:
You could also type up your JSON Documents in Google Docs, and use On2Air: Amplify to edit your Google Docs in Airtable.
