I am creating a form, but would like to add text to collect the appropriate information in the Long Text field. Is there a way to hard code values to force the user to input or a better suggestion without having to add 4 new fields?

Ex.

Long test field: Identify Known Signers

Acceptor:

Signer(s):

Form Filler(s):

In this case, they would just add the names of those known as acceptors, etc. without having to add the role.
