Issue with user invitation

Hello everybody,

I’m trying to add a new user in the admin panel.

When I click the “Send invitation” button, I see the message: “1 collaborator has already been invited.” However, I can’t see this person in my Pending Invites list, and the user hasn’t received any invitation.

Do you have any idea what might be happening?

Hi ​@Chris_2209 , this is interesting, there is probably something small being missed here. A few things worth checking first.

Did the person verify their email address on their Airtable account?

Can you try sending the invitation from a different base or workspace?

Does the person already have access to any base in your organization?

Also could you share some screenshots of what you are seeing in the admin panel? That would make it a lot easier to figure out what is going on.

Problem solved — it wasn’t a new person but a returning former collaborator. I couldn’t create the account because it already existed, but it was in the deactivated accounts. Simple as that — I just needed to think of it. Thanks for your response.
