Issues downloading CSV files

Hi, everyone! For the last 24 hours, I haven’t been able to download CSV files from any of my bases. I’ve tried in the app (on Mac and Windows), and in multiple browsers. Although I see the “preparing CSV file for download” popup, no file is downloaded. Anyone else experiencing this issue, or have a workaround? 

(UPDATE: it appears it is specific to my workplace, as I can download files from my home network. Anyone have such an issue with their IT setup blocking Airtable downloads?)

Hm, theoretically we could create a Script Extension that’ll output the base data as CSV text so that we can copy and paste it manually?  

IT says they can't help I take it?

Thanks so much for your reply! We’ve now found that we can download on *some* computers at work, but not *all*, so it’s not a IT system-wide issue. To be clear, we’ve been able to download csv files for several years up until this week.

Hm yeah, I reckon you may want to open a support ticket with Airtable directly, perhaps their support team’s seen something similar?  Sorry I couldn’t help!
