Join tables / link records based on 2 variables

Hi, I’m struggling to implement the best to link records. How do I link records on 2 tables where I want to link records that match entries on 2 columns? In SQL, we can do join by matching 2 variables. But in airtable, we can only create linked records from 1 column.
