8 days ago, Airtable experienced a 6+ hour long outage, as evidenced here:

My questions are:
- Will there be some sort of public root cause analysis/explanation for this event?
- What changes have been made to prevent this outage from happening again?
- Why was “Login with Airtable SSO” broken during this outage?
- If community.airtable.com is supposed to be the central place for users to report issues during outages, then why was it IMPOSSIBLE to login, post, and comment during the outage?
