My questions are:

  1. Will there be some sort of public root cause analysis/explanation for this event?
  2. What changes have been made to prevent this outage from happening again?
  3. Why was “Login with Airtable SSO” broken during this outage?
  4. If community.airtable.com is supposed to be the central place for users to report issues during outages, then why was it IMPOSSIBLE to login, post, and comment during the outage?
