I have a base with client names on a tab and another tab with job issues. On the job issues tab I created a form and one of the fields is to select the client.
The issue is we can eventually have thousands of clients. How can I limit the search of the clients available? The tech can obviously search the name which is helpful, until we get duplicate client names since we have so many. I thought about creating another tab called Active Clients that is linked to client names but I dont think that helps without being able to delete those fields with zapier.
Is there anyway to only show certain client names in the form view??
