Hello,

I am trying to link records in a single table to each other to manage a referral program.

Here’s what I’m trying to achieve:

Jim refers Beth, Bill, Jane.

In Beth, Bill, Jane’s records - you can see that they were referred by Jim.

In Jim’s record - you can see that he referred Beth, Bill, Jane.

Right now, I can only figure out how to reflect this relationship one way. So, Beth, Bill and Jane’s records reflect that they were referred by Jim. But, I am not able to figure out how to get it to show up in Jim’s record that he referred 3 people.
