The functionality to load all records is phenomenally slow - like on the order of 5 minutes in a dataset with 15,000 records. Before the 1000-records-only initial view, the full set of records would load within 30 seconds.

I have experienced similar issues with larger datasets in Airtable. The 1000-record pagination was introduced to improve initial load times, but loading all records can still be slow depending on your setup. A few things you might try: using views with filtered results to reduce the dataset, archiving older records to a separate base, or leveraging Airtable's API for bulk operations.
