"Lookup" Attachment Fields Suddenly Not Working For Anyone Else?

Forum|alt.badge.img+10

I have many different bases which will have a table that has attachments, and then linked records to other tables within the base which then lookup the original attachments. As of yesterday and all days prior, I could open the attachment in the lookup field in the linked table directly. As of today, I can still see the preview for the attachment being looked up, but when clicking on it the cell goes blank and it won't open. My attachments are mostly PDFs but I'm seeing the same "won't load a looked up attachment" in other bases with photos and word docs as the attachment as well.

Looks like it is an issue in the web interface and desktop app, possibly not in the mobile app (android) though.

I am seeing the same problem on my end... it's probably a temporary outage on Airtable's end that will hopefully be resolved soon, but you may want to alert support@airtable.com about the problem, so they can look into it.

Yes! I'm having the same exact issue, and I'm so glad to see this was the first post on the main page.
Everything has worked perfectly for years up through yesterday.
But today, I cannot click on any of the lookup/attachment fields.
When I expand the cells, it implies that there's nothing there, but I see the thumbnails for every attachment still in that spot.

I hope this can be fixed as this is one of the primary ways I use Airtable.

It’s working for me again, but if it’s still not working for you, be sure to email support@airtable.com to let them know. Remember that Airtable doesn’t read our messages here.

Oh! Looks like it's back. Guess it was fixed in the moment I clicked "reply" LOL. Thanks!

Is this still working for everyone? I didn't have a chance to check yesterday but just went in now and I'm still having the same issue
