Thanks in advance for posting your question! When someone provides an answer, **remember to mark their reply as the :white_check_mark: solution.**I have opened my app and it has reverted to a new installation. I cannot find my existing table. What can I do to retrieve my Old table?
Airtable automatically takes snapshots of your base.
You will need to restore your Airtable base to previous version to retrive the deleted table
Check out this link for a more detailed explanation on how snapshots work.
I went to open my airtable data base and was sent to a completely different spot and have no idea where my database has gone. Help!
Hey
That will be helpful.

I just lost a complete resource database when I attempted to use sort. Is there a means of retrieval?
Hey
Would you provide further detail? Did you try using the search bar on the Airtable homepage? -see screenshot below.

Alternatively, you can check trash -see screenshot below. If you find your base there you can restore it!

Thanks for getting back to me. Actually, I discovered that AT had added approximately 40 blank rows. After breathing through the panic attack and deleting the blank rows, I was able to continue with my work.
Oh you meant lost records (rows) probably then! It is strange that AT would add blank rows for you, so you might have an automation doing that, or that could have been done by mistake manually. If this comes up again just let me know and we can make sure that does not happen again. Also, working from interfaces rather than the data layer of Airtable makes it harder to unintentionally create records or break stuff!
