Make Field C or Table 1 equal to Field A(primary key) of Table 2

Hi Airtable Fam,

I have a base with two tables: Table 1 and Table 2

I want Field C of Table 1 to become the primary key of Table 2 after removing duplicates and while ensuring that Tables stay in sync (i.e. it should become, after eliminating duplicates, Field A of Table 2).

How could I accomplish that? Apologies if this is a basic question but I couldn’t find an answer for it in the forums.
