I built a very simple form for users to be able to apply to join our community.
I added a Multiple-Choice Field, called “Platforms” so they can select the platforms they use for example: “Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn”
If a user selects Facebook and Instagram for example, i would like for them to be able to input additional info then, in this case its their username on that platform, so we can check it out
Is it possible to have either conditional fields appear OR nested within the multiple choice?
If neither, any ideas of an alternative way to do this?
