If I set a user as having view-only rights to a Base, can that user use the mobile app to view the data. The user would not be an AirTable subscriber. Thanks,

+20Yes, they can view the share link with or without the Airtable app.
They just need to click on the link and they will view the base right away.
The person viewing the base does not have to be a subscriber, either.
