I have set up a simple applicant tracker template with a form. The form is working, but I cannot find how to view or edit the form.

Need help finding and editing form within Simple Applicant Tracker template

The left portion of your screen is the views panel. A form is a type of view. You are currently looking at “All applicants” which is a grid-type view. Scroll down on the left sidebar to see the form view.
