Hello, I’m trying to create a database for a virtual event, I want to create a base with a form, when people submit the form they would choose one slot, after sending the form I want that the reserved slot doesnt appear for the next people that submit a new form. Basically I want a template for reservations, but I dont know how to do it, the single select field doesn`t works for this because the same options appears for every form.

You can do it as a Linked Field and disable Allow Linking to multiple records. This will make you able to choose each record one time only.

@Mohamed_Swellam I tried but it don’t works, I`m trying with the League/Player Management Template. I disabled Allow Linking, but I can still choosing players.

@Enrique_Fernandez_Wo you can do something, you can make it to choose from a specific view. This view can contain only the players that were not chosen.
The way to do so is to filter out the items that already contains a linked record.
