Is anyone else having this experience? The new UI (besides for being a steep learning curve) is loading base and interfaces really slowly???

Load only what's needed for each view to reduce initial UI payload. Reducing unused JavaScript and CSS can make initial paint much faster. Avoid deeply nested UI trees and unnecessary elements.

I did not experience this myself (nor any of my clients I believe). However, this was also raised by a different user on this community some days ago. I would probably suggest you reach out to support@airtable.com to let them know about this issue, as performance is really important!
