Hey, so my Airtable account got downgraded to a free plan, and I didn't get any warning.
I had to pay extra to fix it. I emailed support over a week ago, and no response yet. I saw in other threads that my emails might not be going through because my email bounced once. I'm worried that's the problem, and I can't reach support, which means I'm missing important account updates.
I guess I could change my email, but that's not ideal. Has anyone else had this happen, or can you help me get in touch with support quickly?
