Hey, so my Airtable account got downgraded to a free plan, and I didn't get any warning.

I had to pay extra to fix it. I emailed support over a week ago, and no response yet. I saw in other threads that my emails might not be going through because my email bounced once. I'm worried that's the problem, and I can't reach support, which means I'm missing important account updates.

I guess I could change my email, but that's not ideal. Has anyone else had this happen, or can you help me get in touch with support quickly?

It sounds frustrating to lose access without warning and get no support response. Try checking your email’s bounce status or using a backup email to contact Airtable support faster while sorting out the original address issue.


You’ve probably already done this, but have you tried emailing support@airtable.com directly?  Could also try looking in the forums for some moderators and DMing them to see if they could help too


Did you try emailing them from a different email account?
