Is there a way to enable notifications (via Airtable, email, Slack, Zapier, etc.) for when structural change are made to a base, i.e. a field or tab is added/changed/deleted, views created/changed, etc.? We have more than one admin working on multiple bases, and it’s not always easy to keep each other 100% up-to-date on changes that have been made as we develop our applications. I see the notifications for data changes and user mentions, but nothing about getting notified of meta-level changes like these.
