I used to have a “cool” username, now it changed and there’s no way to change it even though I was/am a rank of “5-Automation Innovator”. IT says you have to be above rank 3- Contributor level 3. Then I should be able to navigate to : Settings>Personal>username to change it but it does not exist in settings?

FYI that option doesn’t seem to be shown on my side either.

The new community platform may not have those features. The ranking of “Automation Innovator” was set up in the previous community platform Khoros, and probably not set up in the new platform Gainsight. The “Contributor Level” sounds like a reference to the community platform before that, Discourse.
