Opening a form from a button/script inside a block

I want to share a table with a group of people, I don’t want them to be editors, but I want them to be able to add some information via forms, based on some info I have inside the table.

Can I ?

  • Create a script block associated with all records with 2 buttons - YES/NO
  • Yes triggers one form
  • No triggers another form

I have a PRO account btw.
